Sauce Of Life could hardly have made a more promising start when winning nicely at Musselburgh and Hughsie loves him. Today's ground should be ideal and while he has a penalty against a couple of well-connected types they will have to pick their feet up to beat him.

04/04/21 – 1st 66/1 – Chosen Shant – Ian Williams – Market Rasen
We run two in this maiden hurdle and they are likely to find the front pair in the market hard to beat. Chosen Shant is the more experienced of our pair but he has been beaten a long way in both starts at Doncaster and needs to improve a good deal to challenge for the…

03/04/21 -1st 12/1 – Grandscape – Ali Stronge – Wolverhampton
Gradscape is owned by his amateur rider who is relieved to be able to get back on track. The horse should be sharper for his run two weeks ago.

03/04/21 – 2nd 7/1 – Cardano – Ian Williams – Musselburgh
I'm very surprised Cardano is available at longer odds than stable-newcomer Indianapolis. He's won twice over a mile-and-a half-on all-weather and I think there might still be a little improvement to come now over a mile-and-threequarters. Solid each-way chances.

03/04/21 – 3rd 7/1 – Ejtilaab – Ian Williams – Musselburgh
Ejtilaab doesn't have an ideal draw for a horse who goes in last and hopefully jumps out first, but if he can get away and across to the rail I think the Musselburgh track will suit him. He's ready to run a big race.

02/04/21 – 2nd 8/1 – Palavecino – Brian Meehan – Lingfield Park
Palavecino is a thoroughly genuine and reliable performer who fully deserves his chance at this level. He wasn't too far behind Bangkok in the Quebec Stakes here before Christmas and that horse has since been to Riyadh where he disappointed in the Saudi Cup. I think we have a real shot at taking our revenge…

01/04/21 – 3rd 16/1 – Not What It Seems – Micky Hammond – Wetherby
Not What It Seems looked very smart when winning his bumper at Sedgefield but has been something of a slow learner over hurdles. This race looks like developing into a match between the two favourites, but I'm hoping we can be challenging for a place.

01/04/21 – 2nd 20/1 – Breaking Waves – Harry Whittington – Uttoxeter
We are coming back in trip with Breaking Waves but his two wins (one hurdle, one chase) were over this sort of distance. I think this could suit as we try to build on the promise of his latest run at Newbury.

01/04/21 – 1st 7/2 – Oski – Fergal O’Brien – Uttoxeter
Oski ran his best race of the season last time at Hereford. Hopefully the first-time cheek-pieces can provide the missing ingredient as apart from a couple of misfortunes he would have been in the winner's enclosure before now.

01/04/21 – 1st 7/4 – Ask A Honey Bee – Fergal O’Brien – Uttoxeter
Overall Ask A Honey Bee has had a decent enough season with a win and one or two near-misses. We're hoping to end his campaign on a positive note today in a race that looks a match between him and Riggs.

31/03/21 – 2nd 13/2 – Imperial Knight – Ben Pauling – Southwell
Imperial Knight has yet to win a race but has gone close a few times. His weight has come down a little but I fear it might need a further ease before we can be over-optimistic of his chances.

31/03/21 – 3rd 22/1 – Mrs Dibble – Ian Williams – Kempton Park
Mrs Dibble has been finding her feet over different distances and after showing speed when trying a mile, we feel this seven furlongs might be suitable. Now handicapping, she might run better than she's previously shown.

31/03/21 – 1st 4/1 – Ordered Lives – Fergal O’Brien – Ludlow
Ordered Lives ran well on hurdles debut when fourth to her more experienced stable-companion Volkovka at Market Rasen. There is more to come from her hopefully starting with a run in the money today.

30/03/21 – 3rd 13/2 – Clemento – Fergal O’Brien – Warwick
Clemento won a couple of hurdle races for John Quinn but has been off the track for a year. He has shown ability working towards this stable debut and can have place chances.

30/03/21 – 2nd 12/1 – Teenage Dirtbag – Charlie Longsdon – Warwick
Teenage Dirtbag improved a little last time and needs to make at least as much if not more progress to be competitive here. There's been no funny stuff getting him to this point either and as with Bold Pimpernel he simply needs to do much more.

30/03/21 - 1st 5/4 Original quote: "This lovely horse is just waiting to go chasing. Having said that his hurdle form is strong and he just failed to give 23lb to the winner at Newbury last time, finishing very strongly. The horse immediately behind him that day has won since. He should go close today."

29/03/21 – 1st 2/1 – Jersey Wonder – Oliver Sherwood – Fontwell Park
Today's longer trip will suit Jersey Wonder. I was delighted with his last run, staying on well up the straight on ground that was far from suitable. I loved the way he knuckled down as he hadn't aways looked resilient before that. Should go very close.

29/03/21 – 1st 15/2 – Nightfly – Charlie Longsdon – Stratford upon Avon
We're dropping Nightfly in class today and I think she has a decent chance. She is probably getting a little long in the tooth, but there are still races to be won with her if all goes well.

29/03/21 – 2nd 9/2 – Bembridge – Oliver Sherwood – Fontwell Park
Bembridge has been a very backward horse who will not be fully effective until getting a handicap mark, while he will benefit greatly from a summer on his back. He is a three-mile chaser in the making so anything he achieves over hurdles would be a bonus.

28/03/21 – 1st 15/2 – Another Emotion – Warren Greatrex – Carlisle
Another Emotion got back on track with a solid run last time at Wetherby. Our promising 10lb claimer Caoilin Quinn rode him for the first time that day and they instantly clicked. I'm hopeful they can go one better in this decent contest today.
