Aroha collected plenty of black type without managing a win in high-class races last year. With her 98 rating I've been looking at a couple of handicaps but it seemed the sensible thing to try to get a win in a small race. This looks ideal and it will be a severe disappointment if she loses as she is a couple of stone higher-rated than the best of those to have run and it would take a smart newcomer to beat her.
