William didn't fancy riding Teemlucky around here. We are dropping her back in trip which might suit and as long as she can hold her position early she could be staying on strongly at the finish.

22/08/21 – 1st 7/2 / – Not At Present – Ben Pauling – Worcester
Not At Present is relatively lightly-raced and ran easily his best race yet when narrowly denied at Market Rasen. This looks an excellent opportunity for a first win despite the 2lb rise.

22/08/21 – 3rd 28/1 – Shut Up Michael – Ian Williams – Sandown
Shut Up Michael was a fairly inexpensive breeze-up buy in the spring and he goes nicely. Looking at the other connections and the sales prices of some of the runners it's hard to think he will be good enough to win this newcomers' race. We will be looking for a decent run from which to…

22/08/21 – 1st 7/2 – Head On – Ian Williams – Worcester
Head On ran his best race over hurdles last time and the winner is now 30lb higher. He is bred to be a chaser so we go first time into a novice handicap with hopes of at least a run in the money.

21/08/21 – 1st 9/2 – Shinobi – Kim Bailey – Newton Abbot
Shinobi did not finish off his race trying three and a quarter miles last time having looked all over the winner two furlongs from home. Coming back considerably in trip should suit him and I am very hopeful he can get his head in front today.

21/08/21 – 1st 22/1 – Mrs Fitzherbert – Hughie Morrison – Lingfield
I think this course and distance will suit Mrs Fitzherbert who has plenty of ability but has yet to show it on the track. This is a competitive fillies' handicap in which she could figure off her low weight.

21/08/21 – 1st 5/2 – King Of Clubs – Hughie Morrison – Sandown
On his last run at Newmarket King Of Clubs ought to go very close. He was a creditable third behind two subsequent Group winners that day and remains on the same mark. A long way the bottom-weight against these older horses he carries 8st2lb and is ridden by Hollie Doyle. Great chance.

20/08/21 – 3rd 6/1 – Boy In The Bar – Ian Williams – Musselburgh
Once rated in the high 90's veteran Boy In The Bar ended a long losing run with a comfortable win off 55 at Yarmouth last time. Hopefully it will be a new starting point rather than an isolated return to form and off 5lb higher today he must have a great chance of following up.

20/08/21 – 1st 100/30 – Exceedingly Regal – William Knight – Kempton Park
Exceedingly Regal has been consistent in his recent runs without looking as though he could win any of them. I think he will enjoy Kempton and if he runs up to his form he ought to go close.

19/08/21 – 1st 13/2 – Serjeant Painter – Ben Pauling – Stratford upon Avon
Serjeant Painter did well to be placed in all three runs after joining us in mid-season. For a low-grade horse he is pretty consistent and after his break may find a find a little more today. Hopeful of another good performance in a trappy handicap.

18/08/21 – 1st 11/8 – Mulberry Hill – Fergal O’Brien – Worcester
Ex-Irish pointer Mulberry Hill made a very promising start over hurdles for us over the course three weeks ago. This looks an ideal opportunity for her and we are very hopeful of the win.

18/08/21 – 1st 11/4 – Our Colossus – Fergal O’Brien – Worcester
This minimum trip is probably a little short of ideal for Our Colossus and he is some way wrong in the weights with the David Pipe horse. Hopeful of a place.

18/08/21 – 1st 11/8 – Bathiva – Fergal O’Brien – Worcester
This looks a nice race-fit for Bathiva. We was quite impressive at Uttoxeter and we are very hopeful of a follow-up.

17/08/21 – 1st 14/1 – Blazon – Kim Bailey – Wolverhampton
Blazon is back at his right trip and on a course where he has won in the past. He must have good place chances if in the mood and on a positive note his jockey knows him well.

17/08/21 – 3rd 25/1 – Grandscape – Ali Stronge – Wolverhampton
Owner-ridden Grandscape is inconsistent but he likes Wolverhampton. In two runs there he has been second and first and the return to a Tapeta surface after going two miles at Doncaster should show him in a better light. Fair each-way chance.

16/08/21 – 1st 11/4 – Sundayinmay – William Knight – Lingfield
I always thought Sundayinmay would stay a mile and a half and I think she has an each-way chance today. She's drawn wider than I would have preferred but if she gets a clear run, which hasn't really been the case the last twice, then I could easily see her running into a place.

15/08/21 – 2nd 13/2 – Mrs Dibble – Ian Williams – Chelmsford
Mrs Dibble ran very well at Kempton last time. She has a good draw and off her light weight has a decent each-way chance.

15/08/21 – 1st 5/2 – Thunder Flash – Ian Williams – Chelmsford
Thunder Flash is by no means a high-grade performer but in the right class he rarely gets beaten very far. This 0-50 Classified is a perfect opportunity and back at ten furlongs he has to go very close today.

15/08/21 – 1st 7/2 – Teqany – Fergal O’Brien – Pontefract
Teqany has been kept busy on the Flat this summer and as he enjoys fast ground we thought he would do well but it took a couple of runs before he got his head in front at Chepstow last time. This looks a tougher race over a very testing track but he remains in good…

14/08/21 – 1st 5/1 – George Bancroft – Charlie Longsdon – Ripon
We acquired George Bancroft at the July sale and on current market prices he seems well bought at 28k. A mile and a half winner last time at Chepstow for Roger Varian, he is a nice-looking Australia gelding who will go hurdling sooner rather than later. He's rather lazy so we're adding cheek-pieces. On his…
