Blue Bikini jumped poorly on stable debut. She should go better today but is probably not good enough to win. Small each-way chance.

01/11/21 – 1st 9/2 – Scene Not Herd – Charlie Longsdon – Hereford
Things didn't always go the way of Scene Not Herd last season and I think he is is over-priced. He jumps fences well and while he will improve for the run, he could easily add to his hurdles win at Hexham.

31/10/21 – 1st 15/2 – Jamacho – Charlie Longsdon – Huntingdon
Paul gets on very well with Jamacho who has re-found his form this autumn. He goes there with a decent chance.

31/10/21 – 1st 4/1 – Universal Folly – Nicky Richards – Carlisle
Universal Folly is dropping down the weights. The track will suit but I'm not sure about the ground. Small each-way chance.

31/10/21 – 1st 3/1 – Harper’s Brook – Ben Pauling – Carlisle
Harper's Brook easily won his English point and ran a very promising first race for us in a bumper. He's an absolutely lovely horse and I think the world of him and while it's obviously a competitive novice I'd be very disappointed if he didn't win.

30/10/21 – 1st 5/2 – Sophosc – Ian Williams – Wolverhampton
The plan last time wasn't for Sophosc to make the running but he simply took charge of P J and he couldn't do anything about it. Hopefully he'll be more tractable tonight and if he does settle in behind the leaders, I'd expect him to win.

30/10/21 – 1st 40/1 – Geryville – Micky Hammond – Wetherby
Geryville makes his debut for the stable and we could do with a change of luck, that's the truth. We haven't schooled him over fences but he jumps the French-style hurdles well and he did win a chase in France. We've had plenty of rain this morning and that should help him, but we'll learn…

29/10/21 – 2nd 9/2 – Guardino – Ben Pauling – Wetherby
Guardino was never really right last season so the fact he could win a Kempton bumper speaks volumes. He's a lovely horse and in much better fettle now and I think a lot of him. Big chance first time over hurdles.

29/10/21 – 1st 9/2 – Pull Again Green – Fergal O’Brien – Uttoxeter
Pull Again Green won nicely at Wexford on his final start in Ireland in the spring. He is going well and we are hoping for a similar performance today.

29/10/21 – 2nd 14/1 – Ernesto – Ian Williams – Newmarket
Ernesto is becoming very well handicapped on some of the things he's done in the past. Unfortunately so far on the Flat he has not shown sufficient zest to suggest he can a win a race of this nature.

28/10/21 – 1st 9/1 – Faire Part Sivola – Harry Whittington – Ffos Las
Faire Part Sivola was bought online in March out of Lucinda Russell's stable and had a wind-op subsequently. He had decent form for her and I'm looking forward to seeing this first run for us.

28/10/21 – 1st 11/8 – Norley – Ben Pauling – Stratford upon Avon
Norley ran his best race yet when second last week at Exeter. If I haven't brought him out too quickly after that, this race looks at his mercy.

27/10/21 – 1st 100/30 – Author’s Dream – William Knight – Kempton Park
Author's Dream gets a drop in grade at the same time reverting to all-weather which he seems to prefer. He had a good chance before the news that Oisin will now be riding him.

27/10/21 – 1st 4/1 – East Asia – Ian Williams – Nottingham
East Asia has had a break after a busy year and will be all the better for it. He is two for two when William Buick has ridden him so let's hope if will be three out of three after this.

27/10/21 – 1st 12/1 – Malakahna – Ian Williams – Fakenham
Malakhana may find Fakenham not stiff enough to bring out her stamina. This is her first run over hurdles and there is a bit of quality about her so if not today there are possibilities for her further down the road.

26/10/21 – 1st 4/1 – Not At Present – Ben Pauling – Bangor
Not At Present has been running well, with a novice win and handicap second. Up 2lb for that last effort he should still be the one to beat in an ordinary handicap hurdle.

23/10/21 – 1st 3/1 – Northern Bound – Ben Pauling – Kelso
Northern Bound has been kept busy lately but has really put it together winning his last two. Of course the result is he's 8lb higher today but he continues in good form and has a decent shot at completing the hat-trick.

23/10/21 – 1st 22/1 – Bonttay – Fergal O’Brien – Cheltenham
Bonttay, a daughter of Westerner, won her bumper at Market Rasen in easy fashion. She is probably a little behind our other runner Jeremy The Jinn on what we've seen to date.

23/10/21 – 1st 100/30 – Samba Dancer – Fergal O’Brien – Cheltenham
Samba Dancer comes here on a hat-trick and this is a stronger race than the one he won easily at Stratford last time. He was value for moe than the 6lb he's been raised for that and is the better prospect of our pair in this competitive handicap.

2/10/21 – 1st 9/4 – Bushfire – Hughie Morrison – Newbury
Bushfire ran an encouraging race when third, staying on late on soft ground at Salisbury. If he copes with these even more testing conditions he will go very close.
