Queen Of Steel won at the 2nd time of asking for the stable, very easily at Ffos Las a week ago. She goes unpenalised and from tomorrow would be 7lb worse under her revised mark. Hard to beat.

Jimbo Sport had placed form in Irish points. He meets unexposed types from top stables but we've seen a lot to like about him and go there today with decent hopes of a debut win.

He's A Diamond is a nice sort but he hasn't shown a lot so far. We're going up to 2m4f and while he didn't excel in his bumpers, he has some form in points. Probably bound for 3rd behind the two market leaders.

Just Typical loves this course and distance. With Billy again in the saddled, a 2lb higher mark is unlikely to stop him.

Everything points to Halpha Soleil. Brian Hughes takes over from Emma on a horse with a good record around Hexham. I think the race will fall right for him and we go there with plenty of confidence.

Queen Of Steel didn't run too badly on stable debut last time and is down another 2lb for that to 79. Her form is low-grade both on the flat and over jumps, but she was placed a few times for previous connections. We're hoping first-time cheek-pieces will make a difference.

Mahler Moon has had three runs from here since joining from the Skeltons and so far hasn't shown too much promise. He's at the foot of a tricky handicap and I'd like to think there will be more to come from him, hopefully starting today.

Summergrounds lives up to his name as he enjoys spring/summer conditions. He's in good order and I expect him to run a big race.
