10/10/2019 1st 4/1 – North Star Oscar – Warren Greatrex Worcester

Original quote: "North Star Oscar won nicely in June and after a couple of runs has come back down to a very workable mark. He is in good form at home and we are hoping he can end on a high here before going off on his winter break."

10/10/2019 1st 11/4 – Old Jeroboam – Charlie Longsdon Worcester

Old Jeroboam slightly surprised us when winning both his bumpers so we are looking forward now to his hurdles career. He has plenty to learn about jumping and will have a big disadvantage in experience terms with the Nicholls horse. Hopeful rather than optimistic.

10/10/2019 1st 5/1 – Thegallantway – Fergal O’Brien Exeter

Thegallantway ran well in one of his bumpers. He has been in great form at home and jumps well. He's probably not good enough to win this but could run into a place.

09/10/2019 1st 9/2 – Trouble Shooter – Shaun Keightley Newcastle

Trouble Shooter has been improving with his races and was a real eye-opening coming from a long way back at Kempton last time. He remains in good form and we're hopeful he can make it five out of six.

09/10/2019 1st 6/4 – Byron Flyer – Ian Williams Ludlow

Byron Flyer is carrying a lot of weight but his jumping was very good and accurate last time and the step up to two and a half will suit. I won't be fussed if something else is keen to make the running. It's a nice race but a tough one with all that weight.

09/10/2019 1st 11/10 – Yeavering Belle – Kim Bailey Ludlow

On paper this looks a two-horse race. Yeavering Belle has decent bumper form and although she won a weak novice hurdle at Newton Abbot by the narrowest of margins she is a great deal better than that performance. The step up in trip will help and she must have a fantastic chance of winning this.

09/10/2019 1st 2/1 – Urban Artist – Hughie Morrison Ludlow

Urban Artist undoubtedly has the best public form of those to have run with her Cheltenham fourth in a valuable mares' bumper reading very well. Whether she will enjoy the sharp turns of Ludlow is another matter, but if she copes with it, she'd have to go close.

09/10/2019 1st 11/2 – Global Tour – Fergal O’Brien Stratford upon Avon

Global Tour has enjoyed a good summer and remains in excellent form at home. This race is more competitive than some he has contested recently but we are hopeful that he has an each-way chance.

Neverbeen To Paris is a hardy, tough little character who relishes his work at home. This track and trip should suit him well so we are looking forward to running him. This is his debut run for the yard so I am sure we will learn plenty about him today. We think that he will…

Song Of The Sky should have a chance. We’ve got the favourite to beat and the softer the ground the better. She’s alright and would have an each-way chance.

7th Oct 2019 1st 5/6 – Shantou Express – Kim Bailey Stratford upon Avon

I have always liked this horse and was gutted when he was narrowly beaten at Ludlow on his only start. The form of the race has worked out well and as he seems a stronger horse this time I will be disappointed if he cannot improve on that last run
