Alpine Mistral has taken quite a jump in the ratings after her two easy wins, but I still think she can run well. The worry is the high draw and if she gets pushed wide on that first turn it could be game over. Then again she came round them all at Yarmouth and won…

Mousebird is what she is. As ever she'll run her honest race and hopefully the cards will fall right for her one day.

We had to run No Regrets today as even with his penalty he's 5lb better in than his new mark after that easy Southwell win. I hope the race isn't coming too quickly and also that the ground doesn't deteriorate too much. An obvious winning chance.

Mon Palois ran well enough last time and the addition of cheek-pieces could make the difference. He should go close with the extra two furlongs to travel.

Maninsane made a promising start at Uttoxeter,  but I hope they don't get too much rain at Stratford. We'll have a look to see what the ground's like when we get there.

Arthur's Sixpence has has won his last two starts and comes to today's race off a 4lb higher handicap mark. He won both races only narrowly and is up in class. We hope he can make it three on the bounce but it won't be easy and any more rain won't help either.

Ravens Ark found a telling burst to get on top late at Lingfield. The way he finished that day suggests he will stay the extra two furlongs and can cope with his 4lb rise.

Millie Of Mayo did it well last time and remains in good order. I'm hopeful she's progressed enough to cope with the 8lb rise in her handicap mark.

Neverbeen To Paris has been well at home. His hurdles mark means he's quite high in the handicap as he starts chasing after one run in a strong novice. We are looking forward to seeing what he can do today.

There aren't many four-year-old and upwards handicaps, so I'm pleased to have found this one for Sir Canford. He had wind surgery early in the year after a couple of decent runs over hurdles and seems to be in good form. Any extra rain would be more than acceptable.

Raaed has done well in both his races at Haydock and is the obvious one here. He's in great form but he would appreciate some more rain. Every chance of a first win.

Thunder Flash showed some improvement last time and should appreciate the step up in trip. He's not well drawn so will probably have to go around a few turning for home, but he should go close.

Solar Impulse ran well in a good race last time and drops back to two miles which will not inconvenience him. Not without an each-way chance.

Beyond The Pale is a much bigger, stronger horse this season and is working very well.  There are a couple in here with solid bumper form already but we hope he can at least be on their heels. Each-way claims.

I don't like leaving my money behind but that was the case when No Regrets got beat on his reappearance last time. Afterwards the jockey came in and apologised for the ride - I'd have told him if he hadn't! If he can get him settled, I'd be confident he can win today.

Naizagai had useful form with Roger Varian. Since joining us last month he has worked nicely and taken well to jumping hurdles. We are hopeful he can go very close today.

Speedy Cargo has plenty of ability. He drops into this 0-100 by virtue of his lower chase mark, based on a single promising fourth at Kempton on the last weekend before lock-down. This is an easier and lower grade contest and we expect a decent performance from him.

Dandys Derriere was unlucky to be caught in the last stride on debut at Newbury. We've been waiting for a suitable race to get him off the mark and this looks ideal. Confident of a first success.

Courtandbould is in great order after his impressive win over the course last month. This is a good opportunity to defy his penalty in what does not look a particularly strong race.
